What are your operating hours?

We are open 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday and 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

How does your bakery operate?

We operate on a pre-order basis. Same day orders are not accepted.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We typically require a 14 business day advance notice. This provides us with sufficient time to properly plan your design(s) and prepare your order.

Do you accept rush orders?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate rush orders. Please note that orders placed 10 business days or less from your event date will incur a rush fee.

How do I submit an order?

To submit an order request, please  fill out our Order Request Form accessible through the ‘Order Here’ menu tab at the top of our website.

How is my order confirmed? 

All orders will be confirmed in writing via email after we receive payment on the invoice sent to you.

How to pay your invoice?

If you have received an invoice and are ready to finalize your order follow these quick steps:

  1. Open the invoice notification you received in your email.
  2. Click the Pay Invoice button.
  3. Follow the secure checkout prompts to pay using any supported credit card, debit card, or digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. 
What is BerryBlueBakes Payment Policy?

You will need to make full payment order to begin working on your designs, the baking and the decorating process.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, we do. All our cookies, cake pops, cupcakes and other treats are 2 dozen minimum.

Do you provide sample designs?

We typically ask you to send us inspirational images for reference (like party invites, mood boards, etc.) Images are solely for inspirational purposes.

Do you offer nut-free options?

All our recipes are nut-free. However, we are unable to prove that the ingredients purchased and used in our recipes are 100% nut-free.

Do you offer cakes/cookies for those with special dietary requirements? 

Yes! We offer dairy-free, eggless, vegan and gluten-free options.

How much does a custom theme cake cost? 

The price of a custom theme cake varies based on size, design, and complexity. We’ll provide a detailed quote during your consultation.

Is everything on the cake edible? 

Although fondant is a widely used edible cake decoration and is considered safe for consumption, fondant cake decorations frequently incorporate structural supports, such as toothpicks, skewers, or white floral stem wires, which are not intended for ingestion. Therefore, we strongly advise removing these supports and refrain from consuming the cake decorations. 

How do I transport my cake? 

A sure thing to have ready would be to clear up spaces in the “footwells” of your car. We strongly advise against placing a cake on a passenger’s lap or an empty passenger seat while driving. When operating your vehicle, we recommend gradually accelerating, making slow, sharp turns, and avoiding sudden stops. Additionally, ensure that loose items such as bags, phones, or water bottles are securely fastened to prevent them from falling on the cake.

What is your cancellation and modification policy? 

Any changes to your design idea can be accommodated before payment is made. However, please be informed that all food sales are final, and all payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our business, we immediately purchase specialized materials to fulfill each order after it’s placed. If you decide to cancel an order, the payment can be applied at a later date (subject to availability).
