ORDERING
To begin working on your designs and the decorating process, a full payment is required. Additionally, all orders must be paid in full to ensure that the requested date on our calendar is honored.
CANCELLATIONS
All food sales are final. We understand that plans change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the unlikely event of an emergency or severe illness, your order must be canceled before fulfillment day. We will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. However, any cancellations will result in a store credit only.
