- HOW DOES YOUR BAKERY OPERATE?
Our bakery operates on a pre-order basis. We do not accept same day order requests. All order requests must be place through our website (www.berrybluebakes.com) as we do not take orders over the phone or through our social media platforms.
- HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ORDER REQUEST?
To submit an order request, please fill out an Order Request Form by using the “Order Here” menu tab on our Website (www.berrybluebakes.com). Once we receive your order, we’ll send you our rates via email. All orders requests are confirmed upon a sent invoice and a received invoice payment.
- HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We kindly request 14 business days notice to properly plan and prepare your order however, we are equally happy to accommodate rush orders.
Please know that order requests placed or confirmed 10 business days or less are considered rush orders and will assess a small rush fee.
- DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Yes we do. All our cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and other treats are 2 dozen minimum.
- DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLE DESIGNS?
We typically request you send us images for reference (i.e. inspirational pictures, party invites etc.). Images are solely for inspirational purposes.
- WHAT IS YOUR COOKIE SIZE?
Our standard cookie size is anywhere between 3 – 4” per cookie.
- DO YOU OFFER NUT-FREE OPTIONS?
Yes! However, we are unable to prove that the ingredients we purchase and use in our recipes are 100% nut-free or if they may have come in contact with Wheat, Soy, Eggs, Milk ingredients, and/or may contain peanuts/tree nuts. We strongly advise not purchasing or consuming any of our products if any of the mentioned allergens poses a health risk to you.
- HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CUSTOM COOKIES?
To preserve freshness, we recommend storing cookies in an airtight container and then freezing. Our cookies store well and will last for 1 month when stored properly.
- HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKE POPS
Cake pops are best eaten within 2-3 days of being made. To store cake pops longer than 2-3 days, we recommend storing them in an airtight container and placing in the refrigerator for a week.
- HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY CAKE
When transporting your cake we recommend placing your boxed cake on the floor of your vehicle.
Placing your cake on a passenger’s lap or on an empty passenger seat is not recommended.
Loose objects such as bags, water bottles or cell phones and so should be properly secured to avoid them sliding on the cake when your vehicle is in motion.
Gradually accelerate. Slowly make sharp turns. Slowly stop your vehicle.
- DO YOU ACCEPT CORPORATE
Yes we do. We accept corporate orders for large or small events.
- WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
There are no returns or exchanges on our baked goods and treats. All sales are final. Payments made on a newly postponed event date can still be honored on a later date. Cancelled orders will be treated as same. We would need your notice to be at least 14 business days away from your new event date to allow us properly plan and prepare your order.
